What happens to student data?+
Aggregate analytics are available to all institution staff. Individual recovery check-in data — mood scores, craving levels, and notes — is visible only to authorised staff (admins, teachers, counsellors) assigned to support those members. Students cannot see each other's data. Students can also use the platform without creating an account.
Can we upgrade or downgrade later?+
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
What does Enterprise include?+
