LaunchPad Track 02
Understand feelings and stress, practise coping and pausing, support a friend, and know when and how to ask for help.
You will be asked to sign in, so your progress is saved. Take it at your own pace and come back any time.
You never have to share
You do not have to tell anyone about your own experiences, and you can skip any activity.
No scores to chase
There are no points, badges or rankings. Nothing here rewards sharing something private.
Free, and private to you
It costs nothing. Your progress is saved to your account. If you joined through your school, your school can see how far you have got.
Finish every module with an overall score of 70% or more to pass this track and open the next one. Read each lesson before you answer. The right answers show after the last question, and each retry puts the questions in a new order. If your score is lower, retake any quiz. Your best answers count, and you can try as often as you like.
Young people and the adults who support them. If you are 12 to 15, you take this through your school. If you are 16 or older, you can sign in and start on your own.
Tell a trusted adult. If someone is in danger, get to the nearest hospital or clinic: open the emergency page to find one near you. 112 is the free backup.
This is a learning programme. It is not medical or counselling care, and it does not replace a doctor or a counsellor. Qualified reviewers are checking this track while people use it. If they find something that needs to change, we change it, or we pause the track until it is fixed.
