LaunchPad · Body Safety
Six short modules on your body, safe and unsafe touch, secrets, trusted adults, staying safe online, and what to do if something has happened. It is never your fault if someone hurts you.
You will be asked to sign in, so your progress is saved. Take it at your own pace and come back any time.
You never have to share
You do not have to tell anyone about your own experiences, and you can skip any activity.
No scores to chase
There are no points, badges or rankings. Nothing here rewards sharing something private.
Free, and private to you
It costs nothing. Your progress is saved to your account. If you joined through your school, your school can see how far you have got.
Body Safety sits beside Track 06, Healthy Relationships, Boundaries & Personal Safety. You can take it at any time. It does not change what opens next on the LaunchPad path, and your answers in it are never shared with anyone. Read each lesson before you answer; the right answers show after the last question, and you can retake any quiz.
Young people and the adults who support them. If you are 12 to 15, you take this through your school. If you are 16 or older, you can sign in and start on your own.
Tell a trusted adult. If someone is in danger, get to the nearest hospital or clinic: open the emergency page to find one near you. 112 is the free backup.
This course was checked and approved by qualified child-protection, health, mental health and data-protection reviewers before it opened. It covers sensitive topics in plain, careful words, with nothing graphic. You never have to share anything about yourself. If anything here worries you, tell a trusted adult, and keep telling until someone helps. Qualified reviewers are checking this track while people use it. If they find something that needs to change, we change it, or we pause the track until it is fixed.
